About the foundation
Africa's people have boundless talent. We exist to open the doors that talent deserves.
Who We Are
The Choplife Foundation was born out of lived experience. Its founder, Oluwatosin "Mr Eazi" Ajibade, built a career from scratch, navigating limited resources, chasing creative ambitions without a safety net, and learning that success is rarely achieved alone.

Built from conviction.
Not charity.
Those experiences planted a conviction that has driven everything since: talent is everywhere across Africa, but access to opportunity is not evenly distributed. The Foundation exists to change that, not by treating people as problems to be solved, but by believing in what they are already capable of.
- Our Approach
We invest, not donate. Through education, healthcare, social inclusion, sports, music, and community development, every programme is designed to expand access to the conditions people need to grow.
- Who We Serve
Children who cannot afford school fees. Families who cannot access specialist healthcare. Artists who lack the networks and resources to build sustainable careers. Communities whose voices go unheard.
- What We Believe
When one person is given the chance to rise, an entire community rises with them. The Choplife Foundation is proof that a single opportunity, given at the right moment, can change the direction of a life.
What we stand for
Core Values
Six principles that guide how we work, who we partner with, and how we measure success.
Opportunity
We believe a single open door can change the direction of a life, and that expanding access to opportunity is the most powerful thing we can do.
Dignity
Every individual deserves to be treated as a person of inherent worth. Our support is grounded in respect, not conditions.
Access
Geography, income, and circumstance should not determine whether a child gets an education or a family receives healthcare.
Community
We walk alongside, not above. Every programme is designed with and for the communities it serves, because lasting change is built from within.
Creativity
Africa's cultural output, its music, sport, art, and storytelling, is a force that moves the world. We invest in creativity as both expression and economic engine.
Human Potential
We do not see the people we work with as problems to be solved. We see them as people with the capacity to do extraordinary things, given the chance.
Where we work
Areas of Investment
The Foundation invests across six interconnected areas, each chosen because they directly expand the conditions in which people can grow.
- Education
- Healthcare
- Social Inclusion
- Sports
- Music Support
