Welcome to Choplife Foundation ("the Foundation," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Choplife Foundation website, including all pages, content, donations, volunteer applications, partnership enquiries, and other services made available through our website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Choplife Foundation

Choplife Foundation is a charitable and nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives across Africa through initiatives focused on education, healthcare, social inclusion, youth development, music and creative arts, sports, and community development.

Our website is intended to provide information about our mission, programmes, impact, events, and opportunities for engagement and support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting information through our forms, making a donation, volunteering, applying for a programme, or engaging with us online, you confirm that you:

Donation Confirmation

A donation confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during the donation process.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical payment errors

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction by contacting giving@choplifefoundation.org. The Foundation reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion.

5. Programme Information

The descriptions of our programmes, projects, impact statistics, beneficiaries, and activities are provided for informational purposes.

While we strive to keep all information accurate and current, programme details may change due to funding availability, partnerships, operational needs, community requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that every programme described on the website is available at all times or in every location.

6. Volunteer and Partnership Applications

Submitting a volunteer, internship, employment, grant, sponsorship, or partnership application does not create a contractual relationship between you and Choplife Foundation.

We reserve the right to:
